What founders ask before they engage

Who is The Leveraged Team for?
Founders of IT professional services and systems integrator firms of 1 to 100 people, competing against Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG and IBM. If your seniors are still doing work a trained specialist could carry, this is built for you.
Where are the specialists based?
Manila and Davao in the Philippines. Davao based staff work from our own office, part of a real team with local support, which shows up in retention and quality. Time zones overlap comfortably with Australia and most of the working day in Asia.
Who actually employs them?
Under Direct Sourcing, you do, the placed person becomes 100% your employee. Under All Inclusive and Employer of Record, we do. The ITVA, directly or through its Philippines entity, is the legal employer of record, responsible for payroll, statutory contributions, 13th month pay, tax filings and contract compliance. You direct the work day to day without carrying the employment risk.
What does it cost?
Direct Sourcing is a one time placement fee of 5 to 15% of annual salary, with the first sourcing round free. All Inclusive is a monthly fee based on seniority plus $187 AUD per month in Philippine statutory benefits. Employer of Record starts at $300 AUD per employee per month plus the same statutory benefits, with an optional Davao hotdesk at $150 AUD per month. Everything is confirmed in a Statement of Work before you commit.
What if the hire does not work out?
Under Direct Sourcing, if the placed candidate resigns or is exited for underperformance within 60 days, we source a replacement for the same role at no additional placement fee. The monthly models are ongoing engagements either party can end with 30 days written notice, with any exit managed compliantly under Philippine labour law by us as the employer of record.
